We’ve expanded

We’re so excited to have added, not one, but two locations to Edmonton’s Northside community!

Who We Are

Youth Rise is a non-profit charitable organization that exists to give life-giving communities and resources for youth in Edmonton. We run drop-in programs that are fun, safe, non-judgemental, and 100% free! Anyone is welcome to join us at any of our programs. There’s no catch. Show up, come as you are and bring a friend.

Northside Programs

We will be running two drop-in programs in North Central Edmonton. On Wednesdays from 4–6pm we will be at Vanguard College (12140 103 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5G 2J9). There will be an open gym where you can come and play basketball or floor hockey.

Thursdays are at Alberta Avenue Community Centre (9210 118 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G 0N4) from 4–6pm. We will be playing sports in the gym, video games and other activities in the lobby. There will be food at both programs. If you are a youth between the ages of 12–18 you’re welcome to come and go to either or both programs as long as we are open!
